Jade & Pete

Our first fall wedding of the year was one I will NEVER forget.

Besides the beautiful location, vintage decor, and fun bridal party, Jade and Pete were just the most fun couple to work with and I couldn’t help but get their photos back to them as soon as possible! Jade’s vision for their day made it the most unique wedding I’ve ever photographed. And you know whats better!? Their wedding day is getting featured on Rock N’ Roll bride early next year!

From the bride: “I did repeatedly tell Pete that if he didn’t cry when he saw me, I would take a few laps until he got it right lol! Alas, I did not need to do so because his expression and how loving he was is a memory I will always cherish. Part of my gift to Pete was the music playing during the prelude and ceremony so I chose songs that conveyed my feelings for him as well as those that have meaning with us. Hearing those songs prior to walking down the aisle really made it all so emotional for me. Once I walked up the aisle looking at all of those important to us, I was so excited to see my man and how handsome he looked in his custom gear.  My brother then began the ceremony and we were both so in awe about how great he did as well as when he took time to address us personally. Pete’s brother Rick read a poem from Tyler Kent White regarding quantum entanglements; this is a poem I stumbled upon and read it out loud to Pete about a year ago. We both felt like it perfectly described the connection we feel and decided we had to include it in our special day. Once his brother finished the reading, we got to the fun part aka our vows! We chose to write our own vows and I will always cherish those words we shared. After the ceremony wrapped up, we walked out to our absolute favorite song from Led Zeppelin and the festivities began!“

Enjoy! xo
